My first thought on this, is don't name your phone KitKat unless it's at least chocolate colored and break into little rectangular pieces or at least have a KitKat textured back.

At least then the phone itself would look unique.

The phone stats seem average to me 2.2Ghz with 2GB RAM and a 8MP camera.  The camera stats make me sad.  Nokia just released a 41MP camera.  Can't someone come out with something slimmer that's half of that, say 20MP?  Now I know most people are saying,  "It's a phone not a camera. If you want a camera, go buy one."  But let's be real how often do you have both on you?  Have you been to a concert lately, everyone IS taking pictures with their phone. Remember when they used to wave lighters or candles... now it's the cell phone.  I look put at the stands and am amazed at the sheer number of cell phones.

On to some of it's features,  It offers the capability to state a restaurant name and then would show you the local restaurants.  Though it's 2013 and I personally think voice recognition is really not where it needs to be. I feel like we're just two steps ahead of MS_DOS Dr. Sbaitso from 1992.

It seems most of the new features are focused on memory reduction of specifically Google based apps and search features enhanced enough to destroy the empires of Yellow Pages and 411.
Other than that... nothing new.
